I know A1 is a controversial sauce. I know when I tell you how much of that red glory I pour all over my steak that a good portion of you will immediately decide you’re better than me, I am uncultured, and can’t “steak”. I have reached the age where I 1. do not care if you think it’s ok or not and 2. I’m going to eat what I want. Moving on… When I married my husband I learned just how many things you can put sauce on. He drenches everything he eats in some kind of sauce always. So, when he poured A1 on brussels sprouts I did the judge-tastic thing you did at the start of this blog. BUT! If you’re down with A1 you should totally try it. It’s honestly good! We also use it to trick the children into eating something green. 🙂 -Nikki
