If you’re like me, every time your kid tells you something that sounds even remotely not true, you think they are lying. Unfortunately for the children in my care, I’m a born skeptic or pessimist or jerk–your choice.
But there are moments that make me think I might need to be more charitable when it comes to listening and accepting the tall tales that come from my tots.
Take this little dude for example. He told his ma and pa that he had a Lego in his nose. They couldn’t find it and neither could a doctor. Two years later, during a birthday party, he was given the gift of vindication.
A toy hand from a Lego set has come out of a boy’s nose two years after it got stuck up there.
Samir Anwar, from Dunedin on New Zealand’s South Island was playing with the Lego piece in 2018 when he put it up his nostril.https://t.co/pbWbW1o3Ns

So the next time your kid comes along and tells you that he saw a cat driving an F-150 across a golf course, he’s probably lying. But keep your eyes open to all possibilities . Kids are observant and cats are sneaky little b*st*rds.
