Some Big 80s Artists Have Been Nominated for the 2025 Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame Class

The nominees for the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame’s Class of 2025 has been announced and it includes several 80s artists/bands who are worthy of being inducted. Billy Idol, The Black Crowes, Bad Company and Cyndi Lauper have received the nomination nod. Also the late Joe Cocker and Chubby Checker made the list and are certainly deserve the honor. Of course, many will debate if it should even be called the ‘Rock N Roll’ Hall of Fame anymore, because once again, several ‘non-Rock’ musicians were nominated. Mariah Carrey, Outcast and Mana, who’s listed as a Mexican pop-rock band. Oasis, Soundgarden and Phish were also included and they certainly fall under the Rock umbrella.
