A New Robot That’ll Pick Up Your Dirty Laundry For You? Or A Spoon That Sends Electricity To Your Tongue You So You Don’t Use Salt?!

I don’t think this is what George Jetson had in mind when it comes to robots making our lives easier. Recently at the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas, several unusual new inventions were revealed, some on the strange side. How about a robot that will pick up your discarded socks or underwear lying on the floor? It’s the Roborock’s Saros Z70, but as you’ll see in their video, it may need a little more work…

@cnetdotcom Just a little to the right. We got a first look at #Roborock’s new robot vacuum which features a first-ever mechanical grabbing arm. 👀🦾 More details to come but this is a prototype, not the official #robovacuum that will come to market. #tech #roborocksarosZ70 #sarosz70 #techtok #mechanicalarm #clawmachine #prototype ♬ original sound – CNET

Or how about a spoon that will send a weak amount of electricity to your tongue so you don’t use as much salt! I don’t know about you, but I prefer to go the old fashion route and shake a little salt on my food instead of having ELECTRICITY sent into my mouth!
