This is what I was told tonight by my husband. He has very few vices beyond PS5 and 90’s memorabilia but we can now add Bruschetta to the list. I’ve made this many times but I’ve found because the ingredients are simple you want to buy quality ones to get the best taste. If you can find heirloom tomatoes those are my jam but if not find some good ones still on the vine at the store (or you can tell my boujee butt to kick rocks and use whatever tomatoes you want. There are no rules.). You can either find the balsamic glaze (the Kroger brand is pretty great) or you can make it. I burned the living hell out of the glaze the last few times I tried so I gave up on that. One time I made it too thick and it was sticking to our teeth so bad it took forever to scrape it off.
