Being Late Might Make You Happier and Healthier

According to a new study out of Harvard Medical School, people who are always running behind are happier and healthier than those of us punctual people! So while we’re all frustrated that they can’t be on-time, they’re happy!

And, the cherry on the cake, they also live longer too!

Why does it make them happier? Because apparently people who are chronically late have an extra sense of calmness, and it can add years to their life.
