Nobody like a bully, except for maybe another bully. But, what’s the best course of action against one? Some parents seem to think it is to go after the bully’s parents…well their wallets actually.
Multiple cities are talking about a fine for repeat bullying. In fact, a group in Fishers is one of them. An anti-bullying law was passed in 2013, but many parents think more can be done.
Right now the group is proposing a fine of $100 to $500 after a kid’s third offense. According to RTV6, the fine would be charged after a suspension, counseling and community service.
The Indiana group is aiming for legislation to be passed in 2020.
